Commerce Finds Preliminary Dumping in 2023 AD Review of Canadian Softwood Lumber

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Canadian producers/exporters sold softwood lumber in the U.S. at less than normal value during the January-December 2023 period of review under AD order A-122-857. Final results will establish revised duty rates for subject importers.
