Commerce Continues AD Orders on Stilbenic Optical Brightening Agents from China and Taiwan

Following five-year sunset reviews, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the antidumping duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents (OBAs) from China and Taiwan would likely resume dumping and material injury to U.S. industry. The AD orders under case numbers A-570-972 (China) and A-583-848 (Taiwan) are hereby continued.
