Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Steel Racks from China (A-570-088 / C-570-089)

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the AD and CVD orders on steel racks and parts thereof from China would likely lead to continued dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry. Both orders are hereby continued following the five-year sunset review.
