Commerce Reinstates AD/CVD Scope Coverage for Chinese Aluminum Door Thresholds After Federal Circuit Reversal

Following a Federal Circuit reversal, Commerce has amended its final scope rulings to find that door thresholds imported by Worldwide Door Components and Columbia Aluminum Products fall within the AD/CVD orders on aluminum extrusions from China (A-570-967/C-570-968). The ruling reinstates duty liability for these products after a prior CIT remand had placed them outside the orders' scope.
