Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Lined Paper from India (POR 2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that certain lined paper products from India were sold in the U.S. at less than normal value during September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 (case A-533-843). Final dumping margins from this administrative review will set the antidumping duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise.
