Commerce Amends AD Order on Granular PTFE Resin from India After CIT Ruling (A-533-899)

Following a March 7, 2025 CIT judgment in Daikin America v. United States, Commerce is amending its final antidumping determination and order on granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from India, revising the dumping margin for Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited and all other subject producers/exporters. The amendment covers the period of investigation January 1-December 31, 2020.
