Commerce Preliminary Finds No Dumping in Thailand Steel Pipe AD Review (2023-2024)

Commerce preliminarily determined that certain Thai producers/exporters sold circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes at or above normal value during March 2023-February 2024 (Case A-549-502). The review is partially rescinded for 28 companies, interested parties may submit comments.
