Commerce Issues Preliminary CVD Results for Canadian Softwood Lumber (2023 Review)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies were provided to Canadian softwood lumber producers and exporters during the January 1-December 31, 2023 period of review under case C-122-858. Commerce is simultaneously rescinding the review with respect to 46 companies, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
