Commerce Continues AD Order on Nickel-Plated Flat-Rolled Steel from Japan (A-588-869)

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan would likely resume dumping and material injury to U.S. industry. The AD order under case A-588-869 is therefore continued.
