Commerce Finds Nippon Steel Dumped Non-Oriented Electrical Steel in U.S. (2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Nippon Steel Corporation sold non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from Japan in the U.S. below normal value during December 2022-November 2023 under AD case A-588-872. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
