Commerce Finds Dumping in Final AD Review, Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Spain (2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that the Spanish producer/exporter subject to AD case A-469-821 sold prestressed concrete steel wire strand in the U.S. below normal value during June 2022-May 2023. Final results will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for the review period.
