Commerce Moves to Terminate Mexico Tomato Suspension Agreement, Issue AD Order
The U.S. Department of Commerce intends to terminate the 2019 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico and replace it with a formal antidumping duty order. One of two ongoing administrative reviews of the 2019 Agreement will be rescinded concurrent with this action (Case A-201-820).
