Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Thai Solar Cells/Modules

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Thai producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules (Case C-549-852), covering the 2023 POI. Commerce also made a final affirmative critical circumstances determination, which can trigger retroactive duty liability.
