Commerce Issues Final CVD Determination on Vietnamese Solar Cells/Modules (C-552-842)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that countervailable subsidies were provided to Vietnamese producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules during 2023. A partial critical circumstances determination was also affirmed, potentially enabling retroactive duty collection.
