Commerce Amends AD Final Determination on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico Following CIT Ruling
The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand redetermination in Bioparques de Occidente v. United States, covering the 1995-1996 POI for fresh tomatoes from Mexico (case A-201-820). Commerce is amending its final antidumping determination to revise dumping margins assigned to all individually examined Mexican producers and exporters.
