Commerce Preliminary CVD Review, Chinese PVLT Tires, Subsidies Confirmed for 2023 POR

Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies were provided to Chinese producers/exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires during calendar year 2023 (case C-570-017). The review is partially rescinded for nine companies listed in Appendix II, public comments are invited on the preliminary results.
