Commerce Issues AD/CVD Orders on Disposable Aluminum Containers from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce, following affirmative determinations by both Commerce and the ITC, has issued antidumping and countervailing duty orders on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China (cases A-570-170 and C-570-171). Importers of covered merchandise will be subject to AD and CVD cash deposit requirements effective upon publication.
