Commerce Prelim Finds German Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks Dumped in US (2023 Review)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that a German producer/exporter sold forged steel fluid end blocks at less than normal value during January 1-December 31, 2023 (Case A-428-847). Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results before final determination.
