Commerce Finds Dumping in Turkish Rebar AD Review (POR 2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-489-829) and determined that Turkish producers/exporters sold steel concrete reinforcing bar in the U.S. below normal value during July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023. Final dumping margins established in this review will set cash deposit and assessment rates for subject merchandise.
