Commerce Prelim, No Dumping Found for Korean CTL Steel Plate in 2023-2024 AD Review

Commerce preliminarily determined that Korean producers/exporters of cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate did not sell subject merchandise below normal value during the Feb 2023-Jan 2024 review period (case A-580-836). The review is partially rescinded for four companies, interested parties may submit comments.
