Commerce Issues Preliminary CVD Determination on Active Anode Material from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to Chinese producers and exporters of active anode material, covering the January-December 2023 investigation period. The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty final determination, case C-570-195.
