Commerce, China-Origin MSG Completed in Malaysia Found to Circumvent AD Order

Commerce issued a final affirmative circumvention determination finding that MSG finished in Malaysia using Chinese-produced glutamic acid evades the antidumping duty order on MSG from China (A-570-992). Affected imports will now be subject to the existing AD order.
