Commerce Issues Preliminary AD Results on Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from India (2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that Indian producers/exporters sold frozen warmwater shrimp in the U.S. at less than normal value during the February 2023-January 2024 review period under case A-533-840. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
