Commerce Finds Zero Dumping on Thai Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes & Tubes (POR 2023-2024)

Commerce concluded its AD administrative review (case A-549-502) for circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand, finding no sales at less than normal value during March 1, 2023-February 29, 2024. The zero-dumping determination means no additional antidumping duties will be assessed for the review period.
