Commerce Finalizes CVD Rates on Chinese Passenger & Light Truck Tires (2023 Review)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued final results of the 2023 countervailing duty administrative review (C-570-017), confirming countervailable subsidies were provided to Chinese producers and exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires. Final subsidy rates established in this review will determine CVD cash deposit and assessment rates for the covered period.
