The U.S. Court of International Trade on July 9, 2025 sustained Commerce's first remand results in Kingtom Aluminio v. United States (No. 22-00072), covering the AD order on Chinese aluminum extrusions for the POR May 2019-April 2020. Commerce has determined the CIT judgment is not in harmony with its original final results and is amending those results solely with respect to Kingtom Aluminio S.R.L.
