Commerce Amends CVD Rate for Kingtom on China Aluminum Extrusions After CIT Ruling

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's first remand results in Kingtom Aluminio v. United States (No. 22-00079), finding the original CVD final results for the 2019 POR not in harmony with the remand. Commerce is amending the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Kingtom Aluminio S.R.L. under CVD order C-570-968 on aluminum extrusions from China.
