Commerce Terminates Mexico Tomato Suspension Agreement, Imposes AD Order (Case A-201-820)
The U.S. Department of Commerce is terminating the 2019 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico, following 90 days' notice issued April 14, 2025. An antidumping duty order is now being imposed and both ongoing administrative reviews of the 2019 Agreement are rescinded.
