Commerce Partially Revokes AD/CVD Orders on Taiwan Solar Cells (Case A-583-853)
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of a changed circumstances review, revoking in part the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from Taiwan with respect to certain CSPV cells. The partial revocation follows a finding that changed circumstances warrant removal of specific cell products from the scope of AD/CVD coverage.
