Commerce Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Indian Aluminum Sheet, 2023 Admin Review (C-533-896)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Indian producers and exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet during the January-December 2023 period of review. Commerce is also partially rescinding the review with respect to three companies, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
