Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Korean Hot-Rolled Steel, Hyundai Steel & POSCO (2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued final results finding that Hyundai Steel and POSCO received countervailable subsidies on hot-rolled steel flat products exported from South Korea during calendar year 2022. The determination stems from the administrative review of CVD case C-580-884 and will set cash deposit rates for future entries.
