Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margin for POSCO on Korean CTL Steel Plate (2023-2024)

In the preliminary results of the AD administrative review (A-580-887), Commerce determined that the POSCO single entity sold carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea at no less than normal value during May 2023-April 2024. Interested parties may submit comments before final results are issued.
