Commerce Finds No Dumping by POSCO Entity in CTL Steel Plate AD Review (2023-2024)

Commerce preliminarily determined that the POSCO single entity (POSCO, POSCO International, POSCO MS, Taechang Steel, Winsteel) did not sell carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea below normal value during May 2023-April 2024. Case A-580-887 is open for interested party comment on these preliminary results.
