Commerce Amends HTSUS to Implement U.S.-Japan Tariff Agreement (EO 14345)

Executive Order 14345 (Sept. 4, 2025) directed Commerce to revise the Harmonized Tariff Schedule for Japanese goods, covering general tariffs, WTO civil aircraft products (excluding UAVs), and automobiles/auto parts previously subject to §232 duties under Proclamation 10908. This Federal Register notice enacts those HTSUS amendments pursuant to the July 23, 2025 U.S.-Japan framework agreement.
