Commerce Finds Zero Dumping on Korean CTL Steel Plate in 2023-2024 AD Review

Commerce concluded its administrative review (POR Feb 2023-Jan 2024) and determined that Korean producers/exporters of cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate (case A-580-836) did not sell below normal value. The zero-dumping finding will result in no antidumping duty assessment for the review period.
