Following a September 11, 2025 CIT final judgment in Jiangsu Senmao et al. v. United States (Consol. No. 20-03885), Commerce is amending the 2017 review-period countervailable subsidy rates for Jiangsu Senmao, Riverside Plywood/Baroque Timber, and non-selected companies under CVD order C-570-971. Jiangsu Guyu's rate remains unchanged.
