US-EU Framework Agreement, Tariff Cuts on Autos, Aircraft, Pharma, and Natural Resources Take Effect

Commerce amended the HTSUS to implement tariff adjustments under the August 2025 US-EU Framework Agreement on Reciprocal, Fair, and Balanced Trade, as authorized by Executive Order 14346 (September 5, 2025). Covered goods include automobiles and parts (previously under §232 Proclamation 10908), all aircraft and parts, generic pharmaceuticals and precursors, and unavailable natural resources including cork.
