Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margin for Kumho P&B Chemicals in Acetone AD Review (2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. did not sell acetone from South Korea at less than normal value during the March 2023-February 2024 review period. The final results apply under AD case A-580-899 and affect the antidumping duty cash deposit rate for KPB going forward.
