U.S.-Korea Deal, Commerce Amends HTSUS Tariffs on Autos, Lumber, Aircraft for ROK

Commerce, USTR, CBP, and USITC have jointly amended the Harmonized Tariff Schedule to implement tariff elements of the U.S.-ROK Strategic Trade and Investment Deal announced July 2025. Adjustments cover reciprocal tariffs (EO 14257), automobile and parts tariffs (Proclamation 10908), timber and lumber tariffs (Proclamation 10976), and aircraft and parts tariffs for products of South Korea.
