Commerce Issues Preliminary AD Determination on Rebar from Algeria (Case A-721-001)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary determination.
