The U.S. Department of Commerce has finalized changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) for AD and CVD orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China, revoking the orders in part with respect to certain off-grid CSPV panels. Cases A-570-979 and C-570-980 are affected, effective December 19, 2025.
