Commerce Finds Nippon Steel Dumped NOES in U.S. Market, AD Review Final Results (2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Nippon Steel Corporation sold non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from Japan below normal value during December 1, 2022-November 30, 2023 (case A-588-872). Final dumping margins from this administrative review will set the antidumping duty cash deposit rates going forward.
