Commerce Amends AD Order on Chinese Mobile Access Equipment After CIT Ruling
The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand redetermination in case A-570-139, covering mobile access equipment from China (POI, July-December 2020). Commerce is amending the antidumping duty order to revise dumping margins for eight named separate-rate respondents, including Zhejiang Dingli, Sinoboom, and Terex Changzhou.
