Commerce Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Italian Pasta in Preliminary CVD Review (2023 POR)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies were provided to Italian pasta producers and exporters during January 1-December 31, 2023 (case C-475-819). Commerce is also partially rescinding the review with respect to one company, interested parties may submit comments.
