Commerce Affirms AD Orders on Wind Towers from Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia & South Korea

Commerce concluded expedited first sunset reviews finding that revoking AD orders on utility scale wind towers from Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia, and South Korea would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The orders under case numbers A-122-867, A-552-825, A-560-833, and A-580-902 will remain in effect.
