CVD Rate for Morocco's OCP S.A. Amended After CIT Ruling on Phosphate Fertilizers

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's first remand results in Mosaic v. United States (No. 23-00246), finding Commerce's original final results for the 2020-2021 CVD review not in harmony with the court's findings. Commerce is amending the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Moroccan producer OCP S.A. under CVD order C-714-001.
