Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Quartz Surface Products from India and Türkiye

Following affirmative sunset reviews by Commerce and the ITC, AD and CVD orders on certain quartz surface products from India and Türkiye will remain in effect. Revocation was found likely to lead to recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to U.S. industry.
