Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Korean Wind Towers Sold Below Normal Value (2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that utility scale wind towers from South Korea were sold at less than normal value during the August 2023-July 2024 review period under case A-580-902. Commerce is partially rescinding the review for companies with no entries of subject merchandise, interested parties may submit comments.
