Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Lightweight Thermal Paper from China

Following sunset reviews, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the AD and CVD orders on lightweight thermal paper from China would likely cause continuation or recurrence of dumping, subsidies, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders (A-570-920, C-570-921) remain in effect.
