Commerce Finds Dumping in AD Review of Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks from Germany (2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that certain German producers/exporters sold forged steel fluid end blocks in the U.S. below normal value during the January 1-December 31, 2023 period of review under case A-428-847. Final antidumping duty rates will be assessed accordingly.
